lovely stay
clean room helpful staff convenient location
the rooms were spacious and clean. the ground floor apartment was conveniently located next to the pool. the staff was friendly and helpful, something i value during my travels.
the shower water had a slight salty taste, made rinsing my hair feel a little different.

Solid stay with convenient amenities
diverse food easy access daytime activities
The all-inclusive option had great benefits. The food selection was large and diverse, something WE appreciated. Getting soft drinks, beer, and wine in the restaurant was easy. Entertainment and daytime activities near the pools kept things lively. The reception staff offered pleasant assistance.
Our room had some windows that seemed a bit dated and not as secure AS i would have preferred. There were also a few minor repair issues, but nothing major. The shower water was salty.

The hotel is near cala egos, a sandy beach approximately 5 minutes away. A bar is near this beach. It offered refreshments. Local shops and many eateries are also about 5 minutes from the hotel. Cocktail bars were also in the area.

great location free parking spacious rooms pleasant staff
The hotel has a great location, close to a sandy beach only five minutes away. I found free parking right outside the hotel which was helpful. The rooms were large and cleaned daily. It was nice to return to a tidy space. The staff were very pleasant (especially at reception).
The bar had a limited selection of all-inclusive drinks, so I chose to pay extra for better quality options.

The restaurant staff was attentive and efficient in cleaning up. The reception team were always helpful when I needed assistance or had questions (which I appreciated).
